Fall Maitland Art Center Wedding

Amanda & Anthony – December 5, 2021 – Maitland Art Center

Having previously known this adorable couple, we are allowed to say that this one was for sure a long time coming! Not only had they been together for a while, but they moved their date a few times due to Covid. Trust us when we say that everyone was so excited for this Fall Maitland Art Center Wedding!

It was a warm day for December, but that is Florida for you. Their ceremony was set in the gorgeous Main Garden of the venue. It was quiet, historic and the perfect backdrop for their vow renewal (they eloped in 2020). With their besties by their sides, the bride’s uncle performed a heartfelt ceremony filled with laughter and happy tears. After their ceremony, guests headed across the street to the Mayan Courtyard for cocktail hour, while we whisked the (again) newlyweds away for photos around property. Our favorite spot on property is the Mayan Chapel, which is perfect for intimate weddings or photo opportunities.

We were finishing the final touches of the reception, which had an eclectic boho vibe for this Fall Maitland Art Center Wedding. The colors were hues of purples, blues, oranges, reds and creams and had lots of natural elements spread throughout. The tables were dressed in ivory linens, with natural wood chairs and purple water goblets for a pop of color. The string lights overhead added to the ambiance of the space and the vibrant lounge added to the comfortable aesthetic of this wedding reception. We can’t forget about their sweet pup, Rudy, who was there in spirit via the seating chart, bar sign and thank you cards!

We loved watching this couple (finally!!) celebrate with their loved ones who traveled from all over. Amanda & Anthony, a huge THANK YOU for letting us plan your big day with you for so long. We loved seeing your beautiful Fall Maitland Art Center wedding come to life! XO
